Lester and Linda Crow are the founders of AIBA, a non-profit 501 (c) organization set up to provide support to American Indians living in poverty on Reservations in the U.S. Lester Crow is the great grandson of a Choctaw and Cherokee and an adopted brother of Comanche Monroe Tahmahkera, the great grandson of Quanah Parker. Linda Crow has always had a deep love for American Indians and was also adopted by Monroe Tahmahkera.
AIBA is deeply concerned about the well being of American Indians and was founded in belief and commitment to help and improve the quality of life for the American Indian people. A volunteer board of directors governs AIBA. No compensation is paid. All donations, contribution of goods, and grants to AIBA are used only for the benefit of the American Indians. 2015 will begin our ninth year as working to help Native Americans on remote reservations.
President - Lester Crow
Secretary/Treasurer - Don Rogers

AIBA concentrates on rural and remote areas of reservations where there are limited opportunities of employment, lack of goods for purchase, few education and health care facilities, and lack of necessities for elders, children, and families. Since 2006, we have been to South Dakota, Utah, Montana, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Arizona delivering clothing, quilts, blankets, shoes, and food. So many of our American Indians suffer needlessly. We want to bring awareness and publicity to the harsh reality on many of these reservations.

Mission Statement
The mission of A.I.B.A. is giving back and helping others that live on remote American Indian reservations. A.I.B.A. insures that what we are developing today will result in a better tomorrow.
Through A.I.B.A., we hope to meet some of the challenges that the people face today and help to overcome these in the future. As difficult as problems can be, they are not insurmountable. A.I.B.A. believes this is an opportunity to support the people. We plan to build in supplies of nutritious food, clothing, shoes, quilts/blankets, and be ready to deliver them as needed.
A.I.B.A.belives in motivation of others through programs, and public speaking events that will raise the level of awareness of the present and establish a more caring environment. Thus a key factor is education that will lead to solutions, confront challenges, and offer hope.
The positive actions we take today will serve as examples to follow for the next generation.
